All basic package features plus:

    * Take & Followup on All Inquiry Calls
    * Schedule Showings
    * Weekly Feedback on Showings via Interactive Website
    * Flyers and Flyer Box (black & white outside)
    * Monthly Marketing Report with Sales Statistics
    * Coordinate & Attend Closing

Enhanced Package – 4%

All standard package features plus:

    * Virtual Picture Tour or Interactive Floor Plan
    * Color Flyers Inside Home
    * Interior Staging Consultation and Coordination
      (professional services will incur additional fees)
    * Curb Appeal Consultation and Coordination
      (professional services will incur additional fees)
    * Monthly Open House

Premium Package – 5%

All Enhanced package features plus:

    * Video Open House on Realtor.com & TishAtlanta.com.
    * Giveaway Incentive with signage and online promotion*
    * Podcast on TishAtlanta.com
    * Media Text Messaging Service with signage and online promotion
    * Home Warranty (Seller & Buyer coverage from Old Republic)

*Giveaway promotion values will vary. Homes under $350,000 - $500 value; $350,000 - $450,000 - $700 value; $450,000 - $600,000 - $1000 value; above $600,000 – TBD.
Above quoted commissions do not include a commission to the buyer's broker. It is suggested that you offer at least 3% to the buyer's broker.
You may upgrade to a higher level of service at any time. You cannot downgrade to a lover level once a higher level of service is in progress.
